EFALB-2GPL – Emulsified Fatty Alcohol Blend
At Pure Check India, our engineering approach focuses strictly on clean-tech domestic sourcing and circularity. We utilize a sustainable cascade biorefinery model to obtain an agricultural active (EFALB-2GPL) from crude, native Rice Bran Wax (Oryza sativa)—a byproduct of the domestic rice milling sector.
This agricultural active product, EFALB-2GPL, features a C-30 rich chemical profile that is low in its short-chain homologues (C-26/C-28), thereby eliminating the resultant plant-receptor inhibition.
This 2.0 GPL water-dispersible intermediate functions as a pure rhizosphere activator engineered to seamlessly co-formulate with live biofertilizers and organic inputs.
THE ROOT-EXUDATE MULTIPLIER (MICROBIAL CARBON FEEDING)
In commercial agronomy, the field efficacy of live biofertilizers—specifically Rhizobium, Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB), and Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM)—is severely constrained by hostile edaphic conditions.
When introduced into carbon-depleted, high-salinity, or highly stressed environments, microbial population baselines frequently crash due to a lack of immediate, bioavailable metabolic substrates.
Our Emulsified Fatty Alcohol Complex (2 GPL Active Matrix) functions as a targeted plant physiology optimizer. Rather than acting as a standalone nutritional input, this water-dispersible intermediate modifies host plant physiology to cultivate a receptive, nutrient-rich root ecosystem that accelerates beneficial microbial establishment and field longevity.
1. The Root-Exudate Multiplier (Microbial Carbon Feeding)
Foliar application of nanomolar concentrations of the C-30 active matrix modulates endogenous signalling pathways, upregulating overall photosynthetic efficiency and net carbon dioxide assimilation.
This metabolic acceleration drives a significant downward source-to-sink translocation of synthesized carbohydrates, free amino acids, and reducing sugars.
Discharged directly into the rhizosphere as root exudates, these photo-assimilates serve as immediate metabolic substrates that multiply beneficial soil bacteria populations.
TRIA acts as a pure rhizosphere activator, driving these metabolic sugars straight down to the root zone to serve as an instant food source for applied soil biofertilizers.
2. Upregulation of Nitrogenase & Nitrogen-Use Efficiency (NUE)
The active aliphatic alcohols inside our complex stimulate specific metabolic enzymes within plant tissue, most notably Nitrate Reductase and Carbonic Anhydrase.
By speeding up the conversion of raw soil nitrates into plant-usable ammonium, it enhances the plant’s internal nitrogen-utilization demand.
This physiological pull enables applied symbiotic and free-living nitrogen-fixing microbes (Rhizobium, Azotobacter) to operate at their peak biological capacity, directly enhancing the nitrogen-use efficiency of the plant.
3. Expanded Lateral Root Colonization (VAM & PSB Efficacy)
Our complex modifies internal cell-wall elasticity to promote faster root initiation, increased lateral branching, and expanded root density.
By physically expanding the active subterranean surface area, it provides vastly more docking zones for Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria and Mycorrhizae (VAM) to colonize.
This intermediate allows superior phosphorus uptake and structural water acquisition by giving applied microbes a significantly larger surface area to establish.
4. Rhizosphere Ecosystem Stress Shielding
Live biofertilizers regularly fail in field trials due to high salinity, heavy metal contamination, or severe drought.
Under these abiotic stresses, crops release destructive oxidative compounds that diminish neighboring soil micro-organisms.
Our intermediate activates robust antioxidant defense enzymes—specifically Superoxide Dismutase, Catalase, and Peroxidase—at the cellular level.
This enzymatic up-regulation shields the rhizosphere ecosystem from oxidative damage, ensuring high microbial survival rates in hostile field environments.
THE STRUCTURAL ADVANTAGE: TARGET EFFICACY (LOW C-26 & C-28)
Triacontanol is not a major alcohol in traditional sugarcane wax extracts. Instead, sugarcane wax has Octacosanol (C-28) as its predominant component, alongside Hexacosanol (C-26).
In biological systems, these shorter chains pose a severe challenge: they competitively bind to plant cell surface receptors, physically blocking the target C-30 (Triacontanol) chains from initiating a metabolic signal.
Through our specialized cascade biorefinery process, we cleanly separate these fractions from native Rice Bran Wax.
By delivering a composition engineered to minimize C-26 and C-28 chain fractions, we eliminate competitive cellular inhibition at the leaf or root interface.
This ensures unhindered receptor site mapping, faster absorption, and greater biological response curves at lower relative doses.
FACTORY ADVANTAGES: Drop-In Formulation Stability vs. 80% Isolated Active
100% Microbe-Friendly Carrier
Unlike standard 80% isolated technical powders that are highly hydrophobic and require toxic aromatic solvents (such as Xylene or Aromax) to liquefy, our intermediate is built on a clean, water-dispersible, non-ionic surfactant matrix that is entirely non-toxic to live bacteria upon tank mixing.
Anti-Crystallization Engineering
Highly pure 80% isolated actives are inherently prone to sudden molecular precipitation, turning back into hard solids and clogging nozzles during cold weather or long-term warehouse storage.
The minor natural co-wax fractions retained in our emulsified liquid act as highly effective crystal inhibitors, maintaining a permanently stable, homogeneous flow profile.
Cold Blending Optimization
Our product features a completely fluid, milky-white, creamy macro-emulsion profile that pumps and disperses flawlessly at ambient temperatures.
Your production line can introduce it straight into existing compost extracts, humic substances, seaweed liquors, or liquid microbial cultures without requiring energy-intensive steam boilers or high-shear heating plants.

LABORATORY DILUTION PROTOCOL (1:4 RATIO)
Objective
To volumetrically dilute the highly concentrated EFALB-2GPL intermediate down to a standard, retail-ready 0.5 GPL (0.05% w/v) active plant bio-stimulant working wash, and to verify its complete physical compatibility with active live liquid biofertilizers or organic matrices.
Required Laboratory Equipment & Reagents
EFALB-2GPL Intermediate Sample Base
Distilled or clean tap water (Ambient Temperature: 25°C–30°C)
Standard 500 mL Glass Beaker or Graduated Cylindrical Flask
Laboratory Magnetic Stirrer or Manual Glass Stirring Rod
Target Biological Input (e.g., Liquid PSB, Rhizobium, or Seaweed Extract)
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
1. Pre-Agitation
Prior to uncapping the sample container, shake the bottle vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
This completely reverses any natural density stratification and restores absolute homogeneity to the creamy macro-emulsion.
2. Volumetric Metering
Measure exactly 100 mL of the fully homogenized EFALB-2GPL intermediate using a clean laboratory syringe or graduated cylinder.
3. Water Preparation
Pour exactly 300 mL of ambient temperature water into your primary 500 mL beaker (achieving a clean 1:4 volumetric blending ratio).
Note: No high-heat or specialized solvent prep is required.
4. Blending Mechanism
Turn on the magnetic stirrer to a moderate speed (approx. 200–300 RPM) or prepare to stir manually with a clean glass rod.
5. Addition Phase
Slowly pour the measured 100 mL of EFALB-2GPL directly into the vortex of the stirring water.
The creamy white liquid will disperse instantly without shearing, forming a uniform, translucent-to-milky working wash.
Continue stirring for exactly 2 minutes to lock in uniform particle dispersion.
6. Biological Tank-Mix Validation
To verify that our solvent-free matrix safely protects your beneficial live microbes, measure 200 mL of your newly prepared 1:4 wash.
Introduce your standard commercial dosage of liquid biofertilizer (e.g., 5 mL of liquid Azotobacter or VAM concentrate) straight into the wash.
Stir gently for 30 seconds and let the beaker stand undisturbed for 24 hours.
7. Pass Criteria Inspection
After 24 hours, visually inspect the beaker.
The blend will maintain an identical, uniform profile with zero phase separation, chemical curdling, or sediment precipitation—confirming a 100% microbe-safe tank environment.

A Note to Our Biofertilizer Partners
In sustainable agriculture, microbial performance is directly dependent on host plant vigor and the availability of root carbon.
Peer-reviewed academic literature confirms that Triacontanol (the primary C-30 Aliphatic Alcohol inside our complex) acts as a critical biological catalyst.
By boosting foliar photosynthesis, it stimulates a downward influx of natural reducing sugars and root exudates, creating a thriving environment for soil microbes while enhancing overall plant nutrient reception.
